No, I Did Not Crash My Lamborghini
Last week I woke up to about a hundred texts asking me if I was ok.

Apparently there was an article that was posted about a week ago saying that I crashed my Lamborghini because I was reading while driving????

This reminded me of what scientists call the negativity bias.

It says that negative things have a greater effect on a person's psychological state than positive ones.

It's funny how fast negativity can I spread. You see this happening in the news all the time. Almost everything they talk about is negative.

Why?

Because it gets people to watch.

The goal is to not have your mind be manipulated by everything you hear. You have to rise above that kind of thinking.

When that happens you'll be able to see the fallacies that the media present and not fall into their trap of believing everything they say.

P.S. I'm doing a Live Online Talk Thursday, July 30th. It'll be streaming starting at 12 PM PST, 3 PM EST, 8 PM GMT. Space is filling up fast, so be sure to grab your FREE spot before sign-ups close.
