The One Skill To Make Money
To make real money you have to train other people to have all your same skills.

This frees you up from the day to day to work on the big picture.

This is easier said than done.

Like the old business saying goes, "You have to work ON the business, not just IN the business."

You need someone to mentor. To be your protégé... But remember, this assumes you have real skills yourself - or else nobody is going to listen to you.

I would like to transfer my information to my wife and close friends. I want to transfer all that I am learning about in the 67 Step program, my work ethics, and ability to see all the opportunities in life.

You've probably read this book but your comments remind me of the lessons in the book called The E Myth. http://www.amazon.ca/The-E-Myth-Revisited-Small-Businesses/dp/0887307280

I am about to teach a high school junior how to repair lawn equipment. He already works on atv's and dirt bikes so he has mechanical skills but I have a distinct set of steps o how to approach a repair or simply a spring service job and will teach him this steps and then move on to some more complex tasks. He has an older brother who I have already trained and I may be able to interest them in buying the business when I move to another state for retirement. After all I am 64 and I can't take the customers with me.
