How To Be A Charismatic Leader
What can you do to win friends and influence people?

In “Compelling People” authors John Neffinger and Matthew Kohut say if you’re trying to persuade people, sell a product, make friends, or find romance you have to find a healthy balance between strength and warmth.

As your speech becomes more powerful it generally gets less warm or empathetic, which weakens your connection to people. But if you have too much warmth without strength you’re perceived as a pushover.

You and I must cultivate that skill in ourselves. One of the things that works for me is to modulate, speak firmly and at some point raise your voice. They say that modulating between strength and empathy is what gives a speaker true charisma so give it a try and let me know how it works for you.
